(Title change authorized by HCR 23) and is transmitted for consideration with a House Letter of Intent. Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate adopt the House Letter of Intent (House Journal page 3682). The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The resolution, with a Legislative Letter of Intent, was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
